Since I obtained my Master of Science degree ‘Strategic Product Design’ at the Industrial Design Faculty of Delft University of Technology, I strongly believe in the strategic value that design can bring. My first job was as an Interaction Designer at Fabrique, a strategic design agency in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. While creating personas, customer journeys or wireframes, I always kept a close eye on the overall product strategy, informed by user needs, and pivoted our teams when needed. After being promoted early to medior Interaction Designer at Fabrique, I moved to San Francisco in January 2019 to work in design and innovation in the Bay Area. Here I worked as a Strategy Designer for Business Models Inc., explored the startup scene as a freelancer, and ended up working as a Service Designer at frog. My time in San Francisco made me a versatile designer with experience in design strategy, user research, service design and product management.
